Goddess Groove-Sacral Chakra

Goddess Groove is a way to awaken the Goddess within you to activate your Kundalini, or life force energy. Once Kundalini awakens, it rises through the Chakras to clear and transmute energy. We do this through breathwork, movement, and meditation. This week, we will be dancing the Sacral Chakra.

You can attend the entire series or drop in for individual chakra classes.
What is Goddess Groove?
It is a beautiful free-form dance that allows us to connect with sacred energies through movement, helping to clear, heal, and open our chakras.
We also dance to release trauma held in our cellular memories and bodies.
