About the event
This week we will dance, explore and open the Third Eye Chakra with sacred breath, sound & movement.
When the Third Eye Chakra is in balance, you are able to tune into and trust your intuition and imagination. You see your life with clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance. You trust your inner knowledge, which allows you make balanced decisions.
This will be a small intimate group, women only. We will be meeting in a private yoga studio. (address given upon RSVP)
