Kundalini Dance™ is a tantric shamanic practice where you can authentically express your body & Soul through movement, breath, & sound. Each week we focus on a different chakra, diving deep into an alchemical transformational process. It is free form dance movement. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

About the event
This week we will dance, explore and open the Throat Chakra with sacred breath, sound & movement.
The Throat Chakra is of course, how we communicate with the others and the world. Our throat chakra can become blocked/and or compromised when we hold our expression back or think our voice doesn't matter. Come dance to open your throat to its fullest expression of your truth!
This will be a small intimate group, women only. We will be meeting in a private yoga studio. (address given upon RSVP)

As you journey through the chakras you will:
Soften and open your body as Love. Purify and cleanse your emotional body. Awaken higher consciousness to integrate positive life change.
This will be a safe, small intimtate gathering limited to 10 dancers.
Each week will focus on an individual chakra. (starting 3/16)
We dance the chakra open to express, realease & heal!
